Berger, the company has developed and acquired in excess of 20 million square feet of property, primarily in the New York area. The company is currently led by partners Robert F. Weinberg, Timothy M. Jones, and Greg Berger.

1957-1960's The Origins of Robert Martin Company
Robert F. Weinberg and Martin S. Berger join forces to build five single family houses in Hartsdale, New York
Robert Martin Company builds hundreds of single-family homes in Westchester County and the Bronx
RMC develops thousands of units of multi-family properties and pioneers condominium development in Westchester County
The Company’s begins its first large-scale commercial development, the 1.4 million square foot Cross Westchester Executive Park in Elmsford
1970's Rapid Growth in Commercial and Residential Development
Robert Martin Company expands its commercial development with the 75-acre Mid-Westchester Executive Park in Hawthorne (900,000 square feet) and the 140-acre South Westchester Executive Parks in Yonkers (over 1 million square feet)
The Company builds various residential projects including the 500-unit High Point at Hartsdale (at the time Westchester’s largest condominium project), the 196-unit Station Plaza apartments in White Plains, and the Hillside Village condominiums in White Plains
RMC completes the Eastview Office Center in Mt. Pleasant and the Talleyrand Office Center in Tarrytown
1980's Robert Martin Leads White Plains' Downtown Redevelopment
Robert Martin leads White Plains’ downtown redevelopment with 15 unique development projects. The Westchester Financial Center, completed in 1986, includes two office buildings totaling over 600,000 square feet and a 124-unit residential building. The buildings have a shared parking lot with a green roof, a pioneering effort in mixed-use, sustainable design and engineering. 1 & 3 Barker Avenue (133,000 square feet of offices) and the La Reserve Hotel (currently Marriot) were also examples of RMC’s longstanding focus on mixed-use development with shared parking and resources. Robert Martin also developed the Seasons Condominium and several other office and residential developments during this period.
Greg Berger and Tim Jones join Robert Martin Company.
The company begins development of the 6-building Stamford Executive Park and the 300,000 square foot Crossroads Shopping Center, and joins the Halpern Organization in developing the 1.2 million square foot Tarrytown Corporate Center.
1990's The Mack-Cali Merger, Blue Hill Plaza, and Retail Development
RMC sells 65 properties totaling almost 5,000,000 sq. ft. to Cali Corp. (currently Mack-Cali Realty Corporation, one of the largest office REITs in the U.S.)
The company undertakes several retail developments including Sam’s Club in Elmsford, NY (100,000 sq. ft.), The Waterfront at Port Chester in Port Chester, NY (400,000 sq. ft.), and a major expansion of Crossroads Shopping Center in Greenburgh, NY (300,000 sq. ft.).
Robert Martin Company acquires the 1.2 million square foot Blue Hill Plaza in Pearl River, Rockland County’s premier Class-A office property.
2000's Focus on Residential and Mixed-Use Investment and Development
Robert Martin Company’s principals and their partners complete condo conversions of approximately 2,000 units in Florida and elsewhere including The Residences at Dixon Mills, a 470-unit condominium conversion in Jersey City, NJ.
The Company acquires multi-family rental projects in the Northeast including the 400-unit Glenbrook at Rocky Hill in Rocky Hill, CT.
RMC gains development approvals and completes several land deals including Avalon Green in Elmsford, NY and several hotel projects.
2010 - Present - Robert Martin Company Today
RMC completes initial construction of Premier Plaza in Tarrytown, NY – a 110,000 square foot grocery-anchored shopping center.
The company acquires and repositions a 491,000 square foot industrial property in West Nyack, NY.

Weinberg, Timothy Jones, and Greg Berger – Robert Martin Company is a diversified real estate investment and development company with present holdings that include millions of square feet of office, industrial, residential, and retail properties, and a significant portfolio of prime developable land.
